The website is used to create augmented reality projects and experiences in education, culture, tourism, commercial that will be used by users in various environments through the RAV3D-Studio application.

Jean-Philippe Payer has all rights to the mobile application and the web platform.  Rav3d-studio, Rav3d or Jean-Philippe Payer, are not responsible for the augmented realities created and used by users of programming packages.  Any content programmed by users of illicit, sexist, homophobic, sexual nature or physical or verbal violence is not the responsibility of Jean-Philippe Payer, Rav3d-studio or Rav3d. Consequently, Jean-Philippe Payer or Rav3d-studio or Rav3d, cannot be held responsible for the programming of content and cannot be pursued by anyone.

When you visit rav3dstudio.com, we automatically collect information about your device and your interaction with our site through the Google Analythics tool. This includes the following data:

The application loads and processes on the user’s device only projects created by him or other users on the web platform.

The data we collect on our website is for the purpose of offering you a portal to create and modify educational projects. Projects that will later be available on the RAV3D-Studio application.

The projects created on this platform are composed of a sequential project number, a name and various elements such as: images, sounds, videos, pdf, 3d models or internet links. This data is stored on our platform as well as on amazon’s AWS service.

The RAV3D-Studio application simply recovers this data and copies it to the user’s device in order to display it in its real environment through the camera or, in the case of pdf or web links through the browser or device viewer.

In addition, the data collected through Google Analythics is collected for statistical purposes to improve the user experience on https://rav3dstudio.com/
